In designing UNO Premier's Compensation Plan, William Barbo, Herbie and Oliver Chua continually asked one simple question: "How would we want to be compensated if we were UNO Premier Consultants?” Being former Successful Network Marketers themselves this gave them the ability to design a compensation plan and set a New Standard in rewarding Marketers and Business Entrepreneurs alike. Thru their combine experience they set forth to gather the top compensation plans in the industry and carefully studied all the pros and cons and have taken the best concepts of each one and formulated a well balance hybrid leveraging compensation structure that is not only incredibly powerful with tremendous leverage but delivers life changing results at every level of the business from getting started to building a personal long term empire.
When the big 3 were faced with this challenge they knew that in order to successfully execute this, its designed had to be in the right balance, where its payout would be incredibly strong upfront but at the same time without compromising the safety net of the company by over pay. They wanted to create a Compensation structure that would eliminate the high attrition rate and reward the new starting Consultant with a sustainable high return and long term residual income for stability and long term growth.
