When it comes to building a HUGE team and residual income in Network Marketing, there’s three essential skills that you must master.
As a result of me not being aware of these skills early on, I struggled miserably and wasted a lot of time and money.
However, I have ZERO regrets because I’ve learned a lot and I’ve been able to help thousands of other Network Marketers avoid those same pitfalls.
Once I discovered and committed to focusing on mastering these three essential skills, I truly began to see success in my business.
Craft An Unstoppable Vision
A lot of times we hear that we must have a “WHY” and there is merit to that.
The unfortunate thing is that many people go from opportunity to opportunity with the same “WHY” but still never get any results.
Now, why is that?
It’s simply because they lack the skill of “Vision Crafting.”
So what exactly is “Vision Crafting.”
Before I explain what vision crafting is, let’s start with a few of my favorite quotes about vision.

So what exactly is “Vision Crafting.”
Before I explain what vision crafting is, let’s start with a few of my favorite quotes about vision.
“Vision Crafting” is simply being able to create a compelling vision that inspires you and inspires your team and your prospects.
You have to have a compelling vision for yourself because while most people look for external motivation – which never lasts – you have to have inspiration – which comes from within – and that’s the only thing that will sustain you long term.
When things get tough, and you think about quitting you revisit the big vision.
When you don’t feel like making those calls, you revisit the big vision.
If you have a goal of financial freedom, what exactly does that look like?
What time do you get out of bed in the morning?
What does your office look like?
How does your work scheduled look?
Do you take your kids to school or walk them to the bus stop?
Where do you and your spouse have lunch?
You have to be specific, because things happen 2 times in life.
First, internally with you visualizing it, then you physically manifest it into your reality.
What’s the vision for your movement? People will join a movement that’s bigger than themselves.
So create a mission and a movement that’s bigger than YOU and your family!
Maybe you’re in a weight loss company and your mission is all about eradicating obesity.
Maybe your mission is about eliminating world hunger.
Maybe you have a women’s movement that’s all about assisting women with increasing their confidence, time freedom and income so they can have more time with their family and for themselves.
Create a vision that’s bigger than yourself and that people can see themselves in and watch what happens.
This is what gets you up in the morning and keeps you up late at night excited about the possibilities.
Cultivating A Dynamic Community
The people who build the BIGGEST teams in Network Marketing are the ones who are excellent at building community.
They understand how to create a family like environment for their team members.
When they go to the National Conventions that celebrate each other, the recognize each other, they some times have the same shirts on and they are all together for a common cause.
The leaders of these communities don’t bash those who aren’t producing at first or who aren’t big producers in general.
The late Great Jim Rohn, has a training on Sewing and Reaping and here’s a snippet from it.

Become A Leader of Leaders
Leadership is the “Master Key To Success In Network Marketing.”
Don’t focus on becoming someone who wants to create a bunch of followers, focus on becoming a person who creates a bunch of leaders.
If the top rank in your company is “Triple Platinum Titanium Diamond” don’t make your focus becoming, “Triple Platinum Titanium Diamond.”
Your goal has to be, to become the person that attracts the quality of people that build a HUGE team of “Triple Platinum Titanium Diamonds.” Does that make sense?
How do you do that? You observe the leaders in your company and in the industry as a whole an adopt their habits. You find out what they did to become such a dynamic leader then you do it.
Another one of my favorite quotes by the late Jim Rohn is, “If you go to work on your goals, your goals will go to work on you. If you go to work on your plan, your plan will go to work on you. Whatever good things we build end up building us.”
Do this quick exercise…
Take out a piece of paper and number it from 10 down to 1 going down the left side of the paper.
Now be honest with yourself.
With 10 being the highest level of leader, and 1 being the lowest, where do you see yourself?
Most people who do this exercise never say more than 7, but what is your number?
If you chose 7, the reality is that you will typically build a team of 7’s and lower.
Your goal should be to become a Level 10 leader, so that you will be able to build a team of level 10 leaders.
How do you become a Level 10 leader? Make a consistent effort of working on yourself by increasing your personal value level by reading books, attending events, investing in courses and even hiring coaches.
When you master these three essential skills, recruiting new reps into your business and building a HUGE network marketing business becomes very easy so begin right now.
